EVICTION NOTICE – Plot []

At a recent plot inspection the committee found that your allotment still does not comply with the following Bylaws [] 

Over the last several months you have been requested to carry out remedial work to rectify this.

The committee has inspected the allotment in question and, I am sorry to have to tell you, has decided to ask you to give up the allotment so that it can be re-let.  We have people on the waiting list and cannot let plots lie uncultivated.

In accordance with Bylaw 2.7 you have 10 days to remove all your tools, crops, and dispose of any rubbish remaining on the plot.  If you have a shed please remove it.

Your plot will then be allocated to a new tenant.
